Every 7-10 days
Every 7-10 days is recommended. A small amount of nutrient in the flush solution (EC 0.6) will save the plant from any unnecessary stress. Make sure that the temperature and pH of the flush water is correct.

How often should you flush Rockwool?

Obviously every garden is different, but, as a general rule of thumb we will go by the following guidelines. Soil in pots, coco or peet moss based media need 7-14 days. Soil outdoors in the ground needs a minimum of 2 weeks. Rockwool needs 3-7 days.

Hydroton does not have much water holding capacity so for this media, you should be flooding the table every two hours for 15 minutes. Keep in mind each setup is different so flood times and number of floods will vary. If you were to go with a growing media like Rockwool you would be looking to flood less often.
