If you’re cooking on high heat, you need to be careful. You don’t want your hand getting too close to the hot pan and flame. Overall, GreenLife performs as you would expect low-cost cookware to perform. It heats up fast, is easy to handle, and the cooking surface is slick initially.
Is GreenLife made in China?
Both GreenLife and GreenPan manufacture their cookware in China, even using shared facilities in some cases. If you’re looking for cookware made in the USA or just NOT made in China, you’ll have to look elsewhere.

Peanut oil or Avocado oil are good oils to start with. Unrefined oils such as Virgin and extra virgin olive oils, however healthy they might be, are not suitable for frying because even at relatively low temperatures they smoke and burn.
