For Exchange 2013/2016/2019

  1. In OWA. Open a simple new mail.
  2. You will get your image and a text above it.
  3. Now select and copy or STR+A and STRG+C.
  4. Open Your Auto Reply Settings (Settings/Gear Button)
  5. Paste the logo you copied before with STRG+V or right_click – Insert.
  6. Success – You have your image inside you Auto-Reply.
