I played Super Mario Bros. 3 on the NES. I’m glad that this cartoon had the 7 Koopa Kids. They took so many inspirations from the game and put them in the show. I love that Mario and the gang going into King Koopa’s castle for most of the time. I did found out that Tara Strong played the voices of Hip and Hop (a.k.a Lemmy and Iggy Koopa).

It shouldn’t surprise you to hear that this series didn’t last long. Super Mario 3 has one extra third disc, justifiable only by the short account on Koopa’s personality. But they also have all the songs on there, and I can’t for the life of me understand why they did that.
